Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the US market. In this role, you'll own the entire sales cycle, right from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience,



with a proven track record of selling to enterprise customers through US outbound motions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with senior stakeholders, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
Build a healthy sales pipeline through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Identify and engage decision-makers across enterprise accounts in the US market.
Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and account-based selling strategies.
Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize pipeline generation.

Sales Execution

Own the complete sales cycle—from discovery and qualification to product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing.
Understand customer business processes and position HyperStart's value proposition effectively.
