About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & SEO/PPC Specialist with 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and proven experience working with IT Services, Software, SaaS, or other B2B technology businesses.

The candidate should have strong expertise in either SEO or PPC and working knowledge of the other. Proven results in lead generation, organic growth, paid campaigns, and business conversions are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & GEO

Execute On-Page, Technical, Off-Page, Local, and International SEO.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and content-gap analysis.
Implement GEO, Entity SEO, Schema Markup, topical authority, and content clusters.
Optimize websites for Google and AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
Build quality backlinks and improve rankings, organic traffic, and qualified leads.

PPC / Performance Marketing

Plan, launch,



and optimize Google Ads campaigns for B2B/IT services.
Manage keywords, bids, negative keywords, ad copy, audiences, remarketing, and A/B testing.
Manage Meta Ads where relevant.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, MQLs/SQLs, and ROAS.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Looker Studio.
Monitor rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, CPL, and ROAS.
Provide actionable performance reports and optimization recommendations.

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong specialization in SEO or PPC with working knowledge of the other.
Mandatory experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS, Technology, or B2B services.
Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads through SEO or paid campaigns.
Solid understanding of SEO / Google Ads / conversion optimization.
Experience with Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, GTM, and Lo
