About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate home loan business through direct sales, channel partners, builders, real estate agents, and customer referrals. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring recent customers,



maintaining relationships with banking partners, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Balance Transfer, and other retail lending products.
* Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, builders, property consultants, and referral partners.
* Meet prospective customers and understand their financing requirements.
* Assist customers in selecting suitable loan products from partner banks and financial institutions.
* Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
* Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal processing teams for timely loan sanctions and disbursements.
* Follow up with customers throughout the loan process and provide excellent customer service.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
