Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts

Location – Lower Parel, Mumbai

Education – Chartered Accountant

Experience – 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and accounts function in the Real Estate Industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced finance skilled to join our team of Finance and Accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, accounting, and compliance functions within the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting processes and related operations of multiple projects in Mumbai and the MMR region.
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements.
To oversee the financial health of the projects and provide regular information/insights to the management pertaining to profitability and cost controls.
Automation of reports
Implementation of Internal controls, DOA, rolling out SOPs,



streamlining the processes, etc.
Vendor Payments
Consistently analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; Drive monthly, quarter and year end closures and clearly communicate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes, and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status
Perform annual budgeting, planning process, oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital and company audits.
Monitor budget vs. actual variances on a monthly basis and report to management on the same, with suggestions for improvements.
Coordination with various banks for day-to-day operations. Involvement in new loans from banks.
Providing timely and correct information to various banks/financial institutions.
Providing timely and correct information for submissions to RERA and other regulatory authorities
