Role: ServiceNow Developer + SPM

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience to design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
Implement and support ServiceNow SPM modules such as Demand, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Strategic Planning.
Configure forms, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, notifications, and reports.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements across the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/PPM.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployment practices.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
