We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through new customer acquisition, market development and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits to meet potential customers and business partners.
Generate leads through market research, references, networking and field activities.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
Explore new markets and identify potential areas for business expansion.
Maintain regular customer/lead follow-ups and update the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer onboarding.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads,



conversions and business performance.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales or related field preferred.
Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with field sales/business development experience will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
Highly energetic, proactive and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
