Role Description The Assistant General Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position supports overall business operations by overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites and offices, coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams, and ensuring smooth execution of real estate projects. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, managing customer queries and escalations, assisting in strategic planning,



and implementing processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager will also help manage vendor and partner relationships, support budgeting and cost control, and contribute to business development initiatives in the Bengaluru market.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate operations or property management, with the ability to oversee residential and commercial projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams and support senior management.
Proficiency in client relationship management, with a focus on customer service, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Solid business and analytical skills, including familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
