Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Rajarhat, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. In this role, the Sales Associate will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential and commercial options. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting site visits, maintaining client records,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Sales Associate will support negotiation and closure of deals, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. This position also involves staying updated on local market trends and promoting Liyaans Properties’ services through skilled, client-focused communication.
Qualifications
Strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead management, negotiation, and follow-up.
Ability to understand real estate products and investment propositions across residential and commercial segments.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
