We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer(MUMBAI location- Immediate to 30 days Notice Period,WFO) who doesn’t just execute designs but can think visually, solve communication problems, and bring ideas to life. If you naturally visualize concepts before opening your design software, we’d love to meet you. We’re also looking for someone who embraces AI as a creative partner, using it to speed up ideation, generate concepts, explore design directions, and improve productivity while maintaining high creative standards.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
▪ Design high-quality creatives for digital and print platforms.
▪ Convert ideas into visually engaging concepts with minimal guidance. Independently visualize layouts, compositions, and creative directions. Create impactful social media posts, presentations, branding assets, advertisements, and marketing creatives.
▪ Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept generation, image creation, asset enhancement, and creative workflows.
▪ Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
▪ Collaborate with marketing, content,
and product teams to deliver effective visual communication. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
▪ Continuously explore new AI-powered design workflows to improve quality and efficiency
Required Skills and Knowledge
Strong Graphic Design Fundamentals
▪ Excellent understanding of typography, hierarchy, spacing, and composition.
▪ Ability to prioritize text, headlines, and visual elements effectively.
▪ Strong understanding of color theory, contrast, balance, and visual aesthetics.
▪ Good knowledge of layouts, grids, and design systems.
Creative Thinking
▪ Ability to visualize graphics independently without relying heavily on references.
▪ Quick thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visuals rapidly.
▪ Solid problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
