Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and employee onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave and basic HR administration
Coordinate with employees and management
Support payroll-related activities
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Handle day-to-day employee queries and coordination
Candidate Profile
Graduate with 1–3 years of HR experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel




Solid organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and people-management skills
Manufacturing/industrial HR experience will be an advantage
