About the Role
We are looking for Talent Sourcing Interns to help us identify and engage candidates for high-demand technology, AI, engineering, language, healthcare, legal, and data-related roles.
This is a hands-on recruiting internship where you will learn candidate sourcing, LinkedIn research, Boolean search, outreach, screening, and talent pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities
Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, Reddit, qualified communities, and other online platforms.
Build and maintain candidate databases for assigned roles.
Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to identify relevant profiles.
Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other appropriate channels.
Conduct basic eligibility screening based on role requirements.
Collect candidate information and maintain accurate records in our tracking system.
Follow up with interested candidates and move them through the recruitment funnel.




Coordinate with recruiters/team leads for candidate qualification and submission.
Research niche talent pools such as AI engineers, developers, PhDs, bilingual candidates, legal professionals, healthcare professionals, and technical specialists.
Help build talent communities and referral networks.
