As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a part of the OnePint Engineering team that is building high quality enterprise class software for the retail industry. Reporting to the Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Job Requirements:
Create, design, and implement layouts for current and existing software solutions.
Must be able to lead a team of engineers and ensure high quality software delivery from the team. Be approachable to the team members.
Take complete ownership of the Design that they are responsible for.
Take ownership of product support incidents brought to the L3 team for resolution
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Identify impacts of planned work on existing functionality.
Plan and estimate work to be completed.
