Facility & Hospitality Manager – Experience Centre

Positon Summary
The Facility & Hospitality Manager will function as the estate manager for the Experience Centre, owning the day-to-day running of the facility end-to-end. This includes leading and training the on-ground service team (servers, barista, and housekeeping staff), maintaining consistently high hospitality and cleanliness standards, and handling all administrative and procurement work needed to keep the centre fully operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
Oversee the daily operations of the Experience Centre, ensuring it is presentation-ready, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
Act as the single point of accountability for the upkeep of interiors, furniture, equipment, and common areas.
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance contractors for repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
Set up and enforce SOPs for opening, closing, and daily operating checklists.

Team Management & Training




Supervise and manage the serving staff, barista, and cleaning/housekeeping team on a day-to-day basis.
Plan staff rosters, shift schedules, and attendance to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours and events.
Design and deliver training programs covering guest service etiquette, hygiene standards, grooming, barista skills, and product/brand knowledge.
Conduct regular performance reviews and on-the-job coaching to maintain service quality.
Build a culture of discipline, punctuality, and guest-first service among the team.

Hospitality & Guest Experience
Ensure every visitor experience reflects the brand standard – from welcome to refreshments to farewell.
Monitor guest feedback and walk-ins to continuously improve service delivery.
Support the Marketing team during events, launches, and VIP visits by managing on-ground hospitality logistics.
