Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Administration to lead and manage our administration function as we expand our retail network across India.
The role will have end-to-end responsibility for recent store setup, administration, facilities, security, vendor management, leasing, property management, budget control, SOPs and branch support.



The ideal candidate should have strong experience in multi-city retail operations and store rollout, preferably in a high-value retail environment.

Qualifications
Lead new store openings across India from site readiness to final handover.
Manage store shifting, renovation, relocation and closure activities.
Candidates should possess Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple administrative tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
Handle theft, loss, police cases, FIRs, complaints and incidents in coordination with management and legal teams.
Manage leasing, landlords, property owners and brokers, including negotiations, renewals and documentation.
Relevant experience in office administration, operations, or facility management, preferably in retail, financial services, or customer-focused environments.
