We are now scaling nationally. This role is central to that plan.

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Business Development Lead to build and own our school sales function across India's premium school markets.
This is not a slot-into-an-existing-machine role. It is a build-the-machine role, reporting directly to the Founder, with full ownership of pan-India school acquisition strategy and execution. You will be the face of Intermind Global to hundreds of principals, coordinators,



and academic leaders across the country. You will lead an inside sales coordinator. You will help shape which cities, which schools, and which programs we prioritise. For the right senior professional, this is the kind of role that defines the next chapter of a career.

Year One Targets
200+ premium schools engaged across core and extended markets
25–30 new school accounts opened
200 students converted from recent schools (at-target) | 300+ students (stretch)
Fully operational, CRM-managed sales pipeline handed to the Founder by month 12

What You'll Do
Build a target school list of 200+ premium schools across core and extended markets and take it from cold to closed
Deliver systematic monthly coverage across four core metros — Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Mumbai — with responsive coverage of tier-2 cities (Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Kochi, Coimbatore, Indore, and others) driven by qualified opportuni
