Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the counselor will guide prospective learners or clients through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and providing transparent information on eligibility and requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads,



and supporting applicants in completing necessary documentation. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to coordinate outreach activities, participating in events or presentations when needed, and consistently delivering a professional and supportive experience for all prospective candidates.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively engage with diverse applicants and stakeholders.
