Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Rajkot. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection activities for a variety of technical,



engineering, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience. The role involves using job portals, social media, and qualified networks to attract talent, scheduling and tracking interviews, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding activities. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment analytics, and continuous improvement of hiring processes to support Jyoti’s growth and workforce planning.
