Role Description
This is a full-time in office role located in Noida for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media presence. They will create and implement social media strategies, analyze social media trends, produce and edit engaging content, and liaise with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
Develop, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, and video)

Strategy Development:
Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
Use insights to optimize content performance and strategy.
Community Management:
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful connections with the online community.
Monitor brand mentions and trends to identify engagement opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
