Job Description:
· Require to work in Shift (A, B and C) and handle shift activity
· Modification and development of current Automation Programs, preferably ABB 800Xa System, Mitsubishi, Siemens
· Breakdown Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Systems like Transformers, Motors, MCC Panels etc.
· Breakdown Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance of EOT Cranes (Maximum 25MT)
· Having knowledge of Electrical Drives preferably ABB ACS800 Series
· Having knowledge of different types of communications modes using in automation system
· Preventive Maintenance of Lightings of Offices and plant Shed
· Preparation of Root cause Analysis Reports of Breakdown
· Experience of Man-Power Management in Shift i.e.



Shift Technicians and Contractor employees
· Preparation and planning of Shutdown Jobs
· Having knowledge of making and reading of Electrical Drawings
· Having positive attitude towards solving Instrument Breakdowns
· Having willingness to learn Instrument Systems
· Planning and implementation of new projects as per requirement
· Routine check-up and maintain record of Earth Pits resistance, Illumination level of assigned areas
· Routine check-up and maintain record of BDV of Transformers
· Provide Internal Trainings to Shift manpower
· Must have knowledge of Spare Part Management
· Coordination with Auditors for Section Audits
· Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Documentation
· Knowledge of Safety PPE's and their use. Electrical Isolation and Re-energization.

Experience must be 2 to 3 years.
Education: Any bachelor Degree in Electrical , Electronics or Instruments
