Role Purpose

The SEO, AEO and GEO Manager will be responsible for building TTBS organic
discovery into a measurable revenue-driving engine.

The role is not limited to rankings, traffic or content optimization. The core
mandate is to drive OB through organic search, improve organic enquiries from
priority business pages, and build an earned visibility engine that can
gradually reduce and eventually weed out dependence on paid search for brand and
high-intent discovery.

This role requires a hands-on SEO manager who can connect search visibility to
business outcomes, work with revenue targets, improve conversion efficiency, and
show clear proof of impact.

What the Person Has to Achieve

The role holder will be expected to:

1. Drive OB Through Organic SEO





Own organic SEO performance against assigned OB targets.

Grow revenue contribution from pure Organic Search.

Increase organic enquiries from priority product, solution, industry and local
pages.

Improve the quality and conversion of organic traffic, not just traffic volume.

Track the full journey from organic discovery to enquiry and OB contribution.

2. Reduce Dependence on Paid Search Over Time

Identify paid search terms where TTBS can build robust organic visibility.

Improve organic rankings for brand, product, solution and high-intent keywords.

Strengthen Top 3 and Top 10 organic coverage for priority terms.

Work with Paid Media to gradually reduce avoidable paid search dependence where
organic visibility is strong.

Build organic visibility as a long-term replacement engine for paid search-led
discovery.

3. Build a Revenue-Led Organic Growth Engine

Make SEO accountable to business outcomes: organic pageviews, enquiries,
conversio
