Our programs for Grades 1–10 focus on Communication, Leadership, AI Literacy, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, Digital Citizenship, Career Readiness, and 21st Century Skills. Our curriculum is designed in alignment with NEP 2020, NCF 2023, Kaushal Bodh, and Kaushal Vikas, helping students develop competencies required for the future.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and research-driven Curriculum & Content Developer to design engaging learning experiences for students across Grades 1–10.
The ideal candidate should have experience in curriculum design, educational content development, project-based learning, and instructional design.



They should be comfortable researching government education frameworks, designing experiential learning content, and creating engaging digital learning experiences for Lean Hyphen's Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum & Content Development
Design and develop curriculum for Grades 1–10 across Lean Hyphen's programs.
Create high-quality lesson plans, workbooks, projects, worksheets, assessments, simulations, teacher guides, and student resources.
Design competency-based, experiential, and project-based learning experiences aligned with learning outcomes.
Ensure all content is engaging, age-appropriate, practical, and aligned with Lean Hyphen's academic philosophy.

2. Research & Learning Design
Conduct research on NEP 2020, NCF 2023, Kaushal Bodh, Kaushal Vikas, CBSE competency-based education, government skill development initiatives, and global future skills frameworks.
