Role Description This full-time ETL Tester role is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work model, combining in office collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The ETL Tester will design, execute, and maintain test cases for ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across source, staging, and target systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing test data, performing functional and non-functional testing of ETL jobs, validating transformations and mappings, and documenting defects with clear reproduction steps. The role involves collaborating closely with data engineers, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support releases.
