Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the Jewellery Garden showroom in Durgapur. The Sales Executive will greet customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable jewellery pieces across bridal, light-weight, ethnic, and premium collections. The role includes explaining product features, quality, pricing, and certifications, guiding customers through selection, billing, and after-sales support.



Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing displays, maintaining product knowledge, supporting stock management, and adhering to showroom policies and standards. The Sales Executive will work closely with the showroom team to achieve sales targets and ensure a welcoming, professional environment for all customers.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in retail or showroom environments, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
Attention to detail and product knowledge skills, including willingness to learn about jewellery types, patterns, hallmarking, and certifications.
Basic numerical and transactional skills for handling billing, cash, and digital payments accurately and responsibly.
