This role will work at the intersection of product, technology, regulation, and business, partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build products, partnerships, and commercial frameworks that are both compliant and commercially viable.

What You’ll Do
Product & Regulatory Advisory
Act as the primary legal partner for GoKwik’s fintech, SaaS, payments, and digital financial services ecosystem.
Partner with Product, Business,



and Technology teams on product structuring, feature development, customer journeys, and go-to-market initiatives.
Advise on applicable regulatory frameworks and assess the legal implications of new products, business models, partnerships, and technology integrations.
Enable legally compliant and commercially viable product launches while balancing innovation, business objectives, and regulatory risk.
Track evolving regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance for business and leadership.
Partner with industry bodies and associations on regulatory representations, advocacy notes, and white papers for submission to the RBI and other regulatory authorities.
Drive legal oversight of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, including privacy obligations, policies, contractual safeguards, governance, risk assessment, and ongoing compliance.
