IWP Academy is looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our online growth.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve our website rankings and organic traffic.
Work towards ranking important keywords on Google’s first page.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page & off-page SEO.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues affecting website performance and rankings.
Plan, launch, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Improve campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates and overall ROI.
Track and analyze website traffic, rankings, leads and campaign performance.
Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and other SEO tools effectively.




Work closely with the website/development team to resolve website and technical issues.
Identify digital marketing problems and independently work on practical solutions.
Develop strategies to increase qualified leads and online enquiries.
Monitor competitors and identify current opportunities for growth.
Optimize landing pages, website content and conversion journeys.
Prepare regular reports on SEO, paid campaigns, traffic, rankings and leads.
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and digital marketing practices.
? What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in SEO & Digital Marketing.
Strong practical knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
Proven understanding of how to improve Google search rankings.
Experience with Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, etc.
Understanding of technical SEO, backlinks, website structure and
