ELO House runs a portfolio of 100+ furnished homes across 22+ locations in Chennai. Our guests stay for weeks and months — patients and families coming to Chennai for treatment, corporate travellers on projects, and professionals relocating to the city.

Demand comes to us every day. What we hold is finite and constantly changing. This role sits exactly at that intersection.

What This Job Actually Is

This is not a persuasion job. The people who contact us already want a home.

Your job is to find out what a guest genuinely needs, look at what we actually have available, and connect the two — quickly, and often not in the way the guest first imagined. The guest asks for Adyar; the right home for them is in Guindy. The guest asks for ₹35,000; the right answer is ₹45,000 with a reason they accept. Getting that match right, fast, is the entire job.

If you have worked a live inventory — hotel rooms, seats, slots, flats — you already understand this role.

Responsibilities

Matching
- Qualify every enquiry properly before quoting anything: dates, duration, budget,



area, number of guests, and the reason for the stay
- Map the requirement against live availability across our portfolio
- Present two or three genuine options, including alternatives to what the guest first asked for, with a explicit reason why each fits
- Redirect location and budget expectations without discounting

Closing
- Own each enquiry end to end, from first message to confirmed booking
- Handle price objections by reframing value — cost per day, inclusions, no brokerage — rather than dropping the rate
- Never end a conversation without a fixed next step: a site visit slot, a callback time, or options sent within the hour
- Coordinate site visits, paperwork, and check-in

Inventory intelligence
- Track availability closely enough to answer without checking twice
- Work with the supply team on upcoming vacancies and blocked dates
- Report recurring mismatches — the areas, budgets, and h
