Role Overview
We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer with overall 8+ years experience to design, develop, test and ship scalable web and backend systems using modern architecture. You'll own features end-to-end—from architecture through deployment and production optimization. This is a hands-on role where you balance velocity with technical quality, work across the full stack, and collaborate closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams.

What We’re Looking For (Who You Are)
End-to-End Builder: You've shipped complete features - frontend, API, database, deployment. You understand systems from UI to Backend to infrastructure.
Full-Stack Specialist: 8+ years shipping production features end-to-end. You're comfortable moving across React → Python/Node.js → PostgreSQL/NoSql (Mongodb) → AWS. No layer is foreign to you.
Pragmatic Tech Decision-Maker: You choose the right tool based on constraints (performance, scalability, time-to-ship). You know trade-offs and can justify architectural choices.
Production-Focused: You think about reliability, scalability, monitoring,



and incident response. Your code goes to production and you own its behavior there.
Systems Thinker: You understand databases,messaging, caching, API design, async patterns. You can debug performance issues and optimize for scale.
Quality-Oriented: You care about testing, code review practices, and maintainability—not just shipping fast.
Collaborator: You partner with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams. You communicate tradeoffs clearly and unblock others.
