Job Purpose

The Purpose Of This Job Is To

Lead and deliver the Regional Business Strategy for the Unsecured Business segment by driving sustainable portfolio growth, expanding market presence, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and operational objectives across the region.
Build and manage a high-performing sales organization by providing strategic direction, governance, and capability development to Area Sales Managers and sales teams while ensuring customer-centric and compliant business practices.
Take ownership of the end-to-end unsecured lending business across the region, including business sourcing, channel management, portfolio quality, risk governance, and stakeholder collaboration, to achieve profitable growth with superior customer experience and controlled delinquency levels.
