Decrypt Block is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, lead generation, client communication, and proposal writing.

? Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Identify and research potential clients in target industries and markets
• Generate leads and business opportunities through Upwork
• Monitor and respond to relevant Upwork job postings
• Write compelling, customized, and client-focused Upwork proposals
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitches
• Handle initial client communication and understand project requirements
• Conduct follow-ups through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, and other channels
• Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients




• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project discussions and handovers
• Maintain accurate lead and chance records in CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets

? Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong experience generating leads through Upwork
• Excellent proposal writing and bidding skills
• Experience in selling IT services, software development, web development, mobile apps, or digital solutions will be preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of international client acquisition
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
• Experience working with CRM and maintaining sales pipelines
