We are looking for an experienced Head Accountant to independently manage the accounting and finance function at our client’s office in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations
Review sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries
Handle bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations
Manage monthly closing of books and preparation of financial statements
Prepare monthly MIS, profitability reports and cash-flow statements
Coordinate GST, TDS and other statutory compliances
Supervise payroll accounting and related statutory requirements
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other professionals
Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely closure of audit requirements




Monitor receivables, payables and working capital
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
Maintain proper accounting processes and internal controls
Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
5–10 years of relevant accounting experience
Robust knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS
Ability to independently handle the complete accounts function
Strong analytical and communication skills
High attention to detail and ownership
