About the Role
PrimeReach Marketing is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of digital strategy, campaign planning, social media, content, and performance across multiple clients and industries.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can understand a client's business, identify marketing opportunities, build an integrated digital strategy, brief creative teams, execute campaigns, and analyze performance.
Experience working with financial services, banking, stock markets, investments, fintech, training/education, or other regulated/high-consideration industries will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning
Develop end-to-end digital marketing strategies based on business objectives.
Build integrated campaign plans across organic, paid, content, social, and digital channels.




Develop monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps and content calendars.
Define target audiences, customer journeys, campaign objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
Translate business objectives into transparent marketing actions and campaigns.
Social Media & Content
Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
Develop campaign concepts, content themes, hooks, CTAs, and messaging.
Write platform-native copy, captions, scripts, and campaign messaging.
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to execute campaigns.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, formats, and emerging opportunities.
Performance & Digital Marketing
Work with the performance marketing team to plan and optimize paid campaigns.
Understand the full-funnel journey from awareness to lead/conversion.
