Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot product-related issues, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure smooth product usage. The candidate will work closely with Development and QA teams to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
Analyze customer issues and identify root causes.
Handle support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with Development and QA teams for complex issues.
Reproduce, document, and track software bugs.
Assist customers with product features and technical queries.
Conduct product demonstrations for clients and explain product features, functionality, and usage.
Monitor recurring issues and suggest product improvements.
Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and FAQs.




Ensure customer issues are resolved within defined timelines.

Required Skills
Good understanding of software applications and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of React.js, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server.
Understanding of APIs, databases, and web applications.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to understand and debug technical issues.
Fluent in English with robust verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of ticketing/support tools is preferred.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Support, Software Support, or a similar role.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
