Role Description The Cosmetics Production Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role oversees end-to-end production of Ayurvedic cosmetic products, including planning, organizing, and monitoring manufacturing activities to ensure consistent quality and timely output. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with procurement for raw materials, supervising production staff, maintaining equipment and facilities,



and implementing safety and hygiene standards. The manager will develop and optimize production processes, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards, and collaborate with R&D; and quality assurance teams to support product innovation and improvement. The role also involves maintaining production documentation, tracking KPIs, managing inventory levels, and working closely with management to meet cost, efficiency, and sustainability goals.
Qualifications

Strong experience in cosmetics or FMCG production management, including planning, scheduling, and supervising manufacturing operations.
Bachelor of Pharmacy/ Master of Pharmacy/ BSc/Msc
Knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, cosmetic ingredients, and basic principles of herbal or natural product manufacturing.
Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes, including adherence to regulatory standards and doc
