Job Description :

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
•Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.




•Maintain the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and cash transactions.
•Ensure proper accounting of project-related expenses, purchases, subcontractor bills, and other operational costs.
•Perform monthly closing of books and ensure all necessary provisions, accruals, and adjustments are recorded.
•Review accounting entries and ensure proper documentation and supporting bills are maintained.
•Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and accounting professionals whenever required.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
•Handle and monitor GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
•Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory returns.
•Reconcile GST input/output and resolve discrepancies.
•Ensure proper TDS deductions, payments and certificates.
