As a Software Engineer II at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community
Banking organization’s Acquisition Enablement Platform, you will join an agile
team that designs, builds, and delivers secure, stable, and scalable software
for the firm’s state‑of‑the‑art products. In this role, you will implement
software solutions across multiple components of applications and systems while
continuing to grow your capabilities.

Job responsibilities

* Drive requirements clarification and low-level design (LLD), including design
reviews to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
* Deliver high-quality code through hands-on development and rigorous peer code
reviews.
* Apply strong algorithms and data-structures knowledge to build efficient,
correct implementations.
* Implement quality assurance practices including static/dynamic checks and
automated unit, integration, and system testing.




* Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement
fixes and preventative improvements.
* Write secure, high‑quality code in at least one programming language with
limited guidance
* Leverage tools across the Software Development Life Cycle to maximize value
through automation
* Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work
environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g.,
code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while
validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding
standards.
* Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle
toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and
automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation
* Gather, analyze, and interpret large, diverse data sets to identify issues
and inform decisions that support secur
