Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Marketplace & Quick Commerce Performance Marketing Executive to lead advertising performance across key marketplaces and quick commerce platforms for Encompass brands — Stoa Paris, Small Batch, and Bliss Home.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing,



marketplace growth, creative strategy, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, data-driven, and obsessed with optimizing campaigns to drive profitable growth. They will work closely with the Marketplace Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, Creative team, Listing team, and Category teams to ensure that advertising investments are aligned with brand priorities, SKU strategy, pricing, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Quick Commerce Advertising
Own the day-to-day management and optimization of advertising campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics including ROAS, revenue, conversion, visibility, and efficiency.
Manage campaign structures, keyword targeting, bids, budgets, placements, and other platform-specific performance levers.
