Job Description – Lab Cluster Manager

Manage multiple hospital laboratories to ensure productive operations, quality, compliance, timely reporting, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of multiple laboratories.
Lead manpower, shifts, productivity, and team performance.
Ensure quality, TAT, NABL/ISO compliance, and patient safety.
Manage equipment, reagents, inventory, and costs.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital departments, vendors, and management.

Qualification & Experience

Degree/Master's in Medical Laboratory Technology / Life Sciences / related field.
8+ years laboratory experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Experience managing multiple hospital laboratories preferred.
