Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 2 years of experience in accounting and finance to join our vibrant team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Junior Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements,



and assist in compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Additional responsibilities include budget monitoring, assisting in audits, and supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting principles and finance, including account reconciliation and financial reporting
Experience in using accounting software tools and systems
Strong analytical skills for budgets and financial data interpretation
Attention to detail along with strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity with tax regulations and financial compliance requirements
Experience in the creative or design-related industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
