Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth for Chat360. This full-time, in office role based in Mumbai involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Qualifications
Strong experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management within SaaS, enterprise software, or customer engagement/AI solutions.
Proficiency in lead generation,



pipeline management, and sales forecasting, with the ability to manage an end-to-end sales cycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to understand customer workflows and translate business needs into tailored solution proposals.
Proactive, self-driven approach with strong relationship-building skills and a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients and familiarity with digital channels (WhatsApp, web, social platforms) is a plus.
