As PMTF grows, we are looking for a hands-on Human Resources Executive who can help us build the people systems, culture and processes that will support this growth.

The Role:
We are looking for an HR Executive / HR Generalist with prior hands-on HR experience to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee operations and day-to-day people management at PMTF.

This is not a recruitment-only position. You will work closely with the leadership team and take ownership of the employee lifecycle while helping build PMTF's HR processes, policies and workplace culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process across different roles and functions.
Develop and publish job descriptions across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organisational fit.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers and leadership.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer letters, documentation, background checks where applicable, and joining formalities.
Own employee onboarding, induction and integration into the organisation.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and support effective internal communication.
