About the Role
We're looking for an HR Admin who's early in their career but already thinks like an owner organized, detail-obsessed, and genuinely excited about building a career in HR. You'll be the operational backbone of our people function, supporting day-to-day HR operations, hiring, and documentation across a lean, rapid-moving global team.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow into a well-rounded HR professional.

What You'll Do
Own day-to-day HR operations and administrative workflows
Support the recruitment cycle: sourcing, coordination, interview scheduling,



candidate communication, and follow-ups.
Maintain employee documents end-to-end: offer letters, contracts, onboarding paperwork, personnel files, and records.
Track and manage company expenses, invoices, reimbursements, vendor payments, and expense records.
Maintain and improve operational trackers (hiring pipeline, employee data, leave records)
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with founders and team leads in short feedback loops

What We're Looking For
6 months – 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative operations
Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort with tools like Google Workspace / Excel or Sheets; hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to work smarter and faster
