About Servinix

Servinix builds a stack of software for U.S. trades businesses — HVAC, plumbing, pool service,
pest control, and more — that most vendors sell as separate tools from separate vendors: field
service management (dispatch, scheduling, invoicing), an AI assistant that answers every
inbound call and text, route optimization that cuts drive time and adds stops per day, and fleet
GPS that tracks every truck. A customer can adopt one piece, several, or the whole stack —
which is exactly what makes the sales motion multi-threaded, not a single pitch (more on that
below) — all at roughly half what enterprise platforms charge for the equivalent pieces bought
separately. We’re a small, AI-native team building real software for real businesses that keep the
country running — not another SaaS tool for other SaaS companies. We’re pre-launch: the go
to-market motion is being built right now, not inherited.

The Opportunity





This is Servinix’s first Account Executive hire — a founding seat, based in Bangalore. You’ll
work deals end-to-end: qualifying, running the sales process, negotiating, and closing. Not
handing off to someone else at the finish line, and not sitting back waiting for an SDR to put a
demo on your calendar. The playbook for who buys, how they buy, and what actually convinces
them is still being written — you help write it. This is a genuine greenfield prospect with a
credible next step to India Site Lead as the team grows past the first few hires.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle for qualified opportunities, inbound and outbound — from first
conversation to signed contract.
• Read which “door” a given account is actually ready to walk through and sequence the
ask accordingly (see below) — this isn’t a single linear pitch.
• Run a longer, considered sales cycle with real stakeholders and real switching costs, not
