Role Description The Recruiter role at Recruvento is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Recruiter manages end-to-end hiring processes, including defining role requirements,



sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter maintains candidate pipelines for IT/Tech, e-commerce, startups, and other client segments, ensuring timely and high-quality shortlists. Daily responsibilities include updating applicant tracking systems, preparing job descriptions, managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and supporting offer negotiations. The Recruiter also contributes to improving recruitment processes, ensuring a structured, process-driven approach aligned with client expectations and business growth.

Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment, including experience with IT/Tech and e-commerce roles.
