Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Purchase Engineer-Interiors. The Purchase Engineer will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing purchasing processes, planning and managing purchase orders,



and ensuring efficient procurement of materials for civil and interior projects. Additionally, they will work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and secure materials on favorable terms. This is an in office role, located in Virudhunagar.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

Any UG Degree / B.E., Civil., / Dip. in Civil.,
Experience in Purchase Planning and Purchase Orders.
Minimum 3 + Yrs experience in Constructions Residential field.
BOQ Preparation skills.
Vendor analyzing and negotiation skills.
Interiors products purchasing skills like Wooden products, Lightings, Wardrobe products, etc.,.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing skills.
Quality of Purchased Products analyzing skills.
Tamil Fluency must.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in the Interiors industry mandatory.
