Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a BIM Specialist, located in Thiruvananthapuram. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, facilitating collaboration among architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams, and ensuring the preparation and review of project submittals.
The BIM Specialist will support the execution of high-quality lighting design projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards and project requirements while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and software
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and experience with submittal processes
Knowledge of Electrical (MEP) systems and their integration with BIM processes
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
Attention to detail and the ability to manage and organize project data
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Experience in lighting design projects and familiarity with sustainability considerations is a plus
