Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for promoting the institute’s training programs and supporting prospective and current learners. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, providing clear information about courses and schedules, and guiding learners through registration and onboarding. The specialist will conduct online consultations, follow up with leads, and support basic sales activities to meet enrollment targets.



This role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, coordinating with trainers and administrative staff, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all learners and partner organizations.
