Doris & Co. is looking for a numbers-driven Performance Marketing & E-commerce Ads Executive who can take ownership of paid acquisition across Meta Ads and e-commerce marketplaces.
This is a performance role. We are looking for someone who can understand the numbers, identify what is working, fix what isn't, and consistently improve sales, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and scale Facebook and Instagram Ads.
Manage and optimize advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Own campaign performance from ad spend to actual revenue generated.
Monitor and optimize key metrics including:
ROAS
CAC / CPA
Conversion Rate
CTR
CPC
CPM
AOV
Revenue
Add to Cart Rate
Cart Abandonment Rate
Repeat Purchase Rate
Track daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend versus revenue.
Identify profitable campaigns and scale budgets without significantly impacting ROAS.
Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take corrective action.
Build prospecting, retargeting, abandoned cart, and repeat customer campaigns.




Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, UGC videos, hooks, copy, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to develop performance-focused creatives.
Analyze the complete funnel from impression → click → product page → add to cart → checkout → purchase.
Improve product listing performance and advertising efficiency across marketplaces.
Analyze marketplace metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rates, advertising cost, sales, and ROAS.
Use data to recommend changes to pricing, offers, bundles, creatives, product pages, and campaigns.
Prepare weekly reports clearly showing money spent, revenue generated, CAC, ROAS, learnings, and the next testing plan.
Skills & Requirements
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
Experience managing Amazon Ads and/or Flipkart Ads is strongly preferred.
Previous experience with D2
