Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, nurture leads, and build strong relationships with startup and MSME clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective clients, delivering consultative sales presentations,



and collaborating with internal teams to design tailored service solutions. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular business development reports to leadership. The Business Development Manager will also represent CorporateMart at events, networking forums, and industry meetings to expand brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning.
Ability to deliver clear presentations, negotiate effectively, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with startup and MSME ecosystems, including basic understanding of registrations, compliance, and funding processes.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and standard productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
