Built on a foundation of rapid growth and strong investor backing, the business is scaling a lean, highly specialized team with an ambitious roadmap toward a $500M business by 2030.

To support the launch of a brand-current commercial vertical focused on Engineering Polymers and Compounds, the company is seeking driven, field-intensive sales professionals (hiring at Sales Manager / Senior Manager / Regional Manager levels based on experience) to build customer territories from the ground up across major manufacturing hubs in India.

? Location: Delhi / NCR, Mumbai, or Bengaluru (Candidates near manufacturing hubs in Gujarat or Chennai also considered)

The Opportunity

This is a greenfield sales leadership opportunity for a true commercial builder. Rather than managing legacy accounts, you will take ownership of uncharted territory, opening doors, developing application-based solutions, building a robust pipeline, and converting early-stage opportunities into recurring revenue.
Working directly alongside founder-led leadership, you will play a foundational role in establishing market presence for this new division. If you are commercially hungry, understand the polymer ecosystem, and enjoy spending time in the field closing deals with SME promoters and manufacturing leaders, this position offers direct line-of-sight to long-term commercial leadership.
