About the Role

The Head of Engineering will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping i-TEK’s product engineering vision, architecture, engineering culture, and technology execution. This role is responsible for building highly scalable, extensible, configurable, secure, and cloud-native platforms that can support multiple vertical use cases across retail, manufacturing, logistics, banking, and emerging sectors. The ideal candidate will combine:
Deep technical expertise
Strong platform engineering experience
Product engineering mindset
Up-to-date SaaS engineering practices
Strong architecture and scalability orientation
Leadership capability to build high-performance engineering teams
